Process Engineer, Senior - Photolithography This role involves supporting, improving, and developing photolithography processes for compound III-IV semiconductors at our Lowell fab. Collaboration with Process Engineers, Device and Integration Engineers, Design Engineers, and the Fab production team is essential. Strong semiconductor processing knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude are required. The Lowell fab is dynamic, requiring good prioritization and judgment. Responsibilities include setting deliverables and achieving results. The position reports to the Photolithography Group Manager.

Responsibilities:

Planning and conducting experiments to characterize photolithography processes.

Driving improvements in quality, reliability, cost, yield, process stability, productivity, and safety.

Qualifications:

BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or related field, with 5 years of fab experience.

Experience with lithography tools such as tracks, contact aligners, steppers, SEMs, and overlay measurement tools.

Knowledge of compound semiconductor processes.

Strong skills in data mining, statistics, SPC, DOE, Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and problem solving.

Proven project ownership, deadline management, and multitasking abilities.

Ownership, drive, and commitment to continuous improvement.

Enthusiasm for achieving ambitious goals.

Ability to collaborate across teams to improve processes.

Excellent communication skills, including technical writing.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
