Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ServiceNow developers and administrators. Ensure platform scalability, performance, and security. Oversee integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems. Stay current with ServiceNow releases and new features, and recommend adoption strategies.
