Regular We at Coforge are seeking “Engagement Manager” with the following skill set Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand client needs, goals, and pain points. Develop and execute client engagement strategies. Account Management: Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Partner with sales teams to identify new sales opportunities and upsell/cross-sell services. Partner with sales teams to develop and manage account plans. Communication and Collaboration: Serve as primary point of contact for clients. Communicate project updates, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, delivery, support). Thought Leadership and Innovation: Bring the latest industry trends and thought leadership to the table for the client.
