Executive Assistant, HR Shared Services (3-month Temp)

Job Highlight 3-month temp Up to $2,900 Located at One-North Job Description Support the HR Payment Team to ensure timely and accurate processing of HR-related payments, reimbursements, manpower billing, and honorarium processing across all institutions and departments. Ensure assigned Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are consistently met. Execute HR processing tasks in line with policies and relevant legislative requirements. Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including internal shared services teams, department administrators, and business partners. Propose and implement process improvements to enhance overall employee experience and operational efficiency. Perform any other assigned duties or projects as required. Job Requirements Preferably at least 1 year of HR experience Prior experience or knowledge in finance or payroll administration in healthcare is an advantage.
