Purchasing Executive (Cost Control)

Job Summary: Well-established company Located at Boon Lay 5 Days (8.30AM to 6.00PM) Up to $4K 2 Years Contract Job Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier assessment for vessel components, aircraft consumables, and healthcare products. Ensure timely acquisition of materials and services while optimizing cost efficiency and delivery schedules. Prepare and process purchase orders, monitor order progress, and ensure adherence to company procurement policies. Supplier Negotiation & Relationship Management Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers to achieve competitive pricing, high-quality standards, and reliable delivery timelines. Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships to enhance collaboration and streamline procurement processes. Assess supplier performance, address any discrepancies, and implement improvements to enhance procurement efficiency. Job Requirement(s): Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years in procurement or supply chain management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation and vendor management. Proficiency in SAP, procurement tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
