PROGRAM TECHNICAL ANALYST - MCTSP . This position is contingent upon contract award. Essential Duties/Responsibilities
Work directly with the MCTSP Program Manager or designated representative to provide expertise in mission command training strategy and simulation systems required to support training. Provide strategic insights and recommendations regarding Army Combined Arms Training Strategy and related information systems to enhance readiness. Support ARNG MCTSP projects through planning, preparation, execution, and strategic decision-making assistance as requested by the PM, MCTSP. Offer doctrinal and technical advisory support, briefings, and assistance with program initiatives, including reports, meetings, and white papers. Collaborate with the National Simulations Center (NSC), PEO-STRI, and other enterprise partners as requested. Travel frequently to the National Capital Region (NCR) as required. Requirements
Bachelors degree (field of study not specified). Minimum of six (6) years of Army staff experience with strategic plans, programs, and policies. Eight (8) years of FA57 experience supporting mission command exercises and training systems. Graduate of the US Army Simulations Operations Course. Experience with Training Support System Enterprise (TSS-E), NSC, PEO-STRI, and ACM-C. Strong understanding of mission command training at battalion, brigade, and division levels. Additional Details
