Description Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a Program Technical Analyst (PTA) #2 to support our program in a remote capacity. CSA has delivered integrated technology and operational support services for nearly 50 years, supporting the defense and federal sectors' complex enterprise needs. Our teams operate from various locations including operations centers, shipyards, training sites, and program offices, deploying experienced personnel, innovative tools, and proven processes to advance federal missions. This position is contingent upon contract award. How the Role Will Make an Impact Collaborate with the MCTSP PM or designated representative to provide expertise in mission command training strategy and simulation systems. Possess knowledge of Army Combined Arms Training Strategy (or current HQDA Approved Training Strategy) requirements related to readiness and Army information systems for mission command training. Support ARNG MCTSP projects by planning, preparing, executing, and recommending actions for strategic decision-making, as requested by the PM. Provide doctrinal and technical advisory assistance, briefing support, and assistance with program initiatives, including reports, meetings, white papers, and related activities. Interact with the National Simulations Center (NSC), PEO-STRI, and other partners as requested by the PM, MCTSP. This includes frequent travel to the National Capital Region (NCR) as required by the ARNG PM, MCTSP. Requirements What youll need to join our award-winning team: Active Secret Clearance. Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 8 years of FA57 experience supporting mission command exercises and information systems training. Working knowledge of Training Support System Enterprise (TSS-E), NSC, PEO-STRI, and ACM-C (Army Capabilities Manager Constructive).
