Dynamics CRM Technical Architect Technology Architect - US Company ITL USA Requisition ID 135658BR Infosys is seeking Dynamics CRM Technical Architect . This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. You will play an important role in creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code for modules, leading validation and testing activities, and supporting implementation, transition, and warranty processes. Required Qualifications: Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, TX, or willing to relocate. Travel to project locations may be required. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience (three years of progressive experience) may substitute for education. At least 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience. Expertise in formulating D365 CE technical solutions based on customer requirements. Experience configuring applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customization Tool or SDK. Involvement in requirements gathering, discovery workshops, analysis, and proposing D365 CE solutions following best practices. Preparation of Solution Architecture and Design documents using D365 CE standards. Planning data migration strategies from legacy systems to D365 CE. Guidance to teams on project processes, deliverables, and proposal development. Experience with Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service, and Project Service Automation. Preferred Qualifications: Over 7 years of experience with MSCRM. Experience in two full-cycle implementations of Dynamics 365 Online. Knowledge of CDS / CDM and MDM. Strong CRM development and customization skills, including workflows, plugins, and system integrations via Azure services. Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 architecture and complex enterprise environments. Experience in cloud and on-premise solutions involving identity, API management, and data migration. Proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio, TFS, C#, .Net, JavaScript, and Azure Integration Services. Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate) is advantageous. Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certifications; TOGAF certification is a plus. Travel may be required. The role involves working at a computer for extended periods and communicating via various channels.
