Job Details Location: Greensboro, VT Type: Contract Duration: Long Term Responsibilities and Requirements At least 10-12 years of experience in IT, with 8-10 years on Microsoft technologies, including at least 6-8 years on Dynamics CRM (including Dynamics 365 CE Cloud). Demonstrable architecture & design experience as a Technical Architect in at least 2-3 large end-to-end MSCRM implementations, involving complex functionalities, multiple modules (Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service), integrations, and multi-geo rollouts. Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Service, and Field Service. Experience with MSCRM 2013, MSCRM 2016, Dynamics 365 versions, including CRM SDK, plugins, JavaScript, Azure functions, Web API services, Azure Service Bus. Proficiency with Microsoft technologies such as .NET 4.x, C#, XML, Ajax, OData, HTML5, SQL Server 2008/2012, Scribe, SSIS. Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps) and Azure AI, IoT, Virtual Agent is highly desirable. Experience working in Agile DevOps environments. Strong team leadership and client-facing skills.
