Job ID: 2022-11845 Job Location: Milwaukee, WI preferred or Remote Job Travel Location(s): # Positions: 3 Employment Type: W2 Candidate Constraints: Duration: Long Term # of Layers:0 Work Eligibility:US Permanent Eligibility to Work Required Key Technology: Javascript, UI, API, QA, XPath, CSS Path Job Responsibilities: As a technical, hands-on Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) your job is to participate in the manual & automation testing of our mobile based application. You will be under the guidance of a Principal SDET of a team with an already-established, mature testing process. Your role will be that of a “full-stack” QA Engineer – someone who has a strong appreciation and skill in software engineering with the capability of writing manual & automated and performance tests (time and training is allotted after hiring to learn our tech stack and frameworks). Our Tech Stack : Node.js, webdriver.io, Mocha, Chai, Cucumber, GitLab, Sauce Labs, Applitools, K6 Skills and Experience Required: 3+ years of professional experience as a SDET ( Software Development Engineer in test – is essentially a developer) working in an agile environment Required – strong JavaScript (JS) experience Will need to be comfortable coding in JavaScript and part of current experience. If selected for interview – will be asked to perform ad hoc whiteboard coding exercise Solid development, test automation experience and technical expertise with UI and API Strong analytic and debugging skills Thorough understanding of QA concepts, STLC, SDLC, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery Familiarity with HTML, CSS, REST APIs, JSON, RDBMS, XML/YAML. XCODE, ANDROID STUDIO Understands basic Test Automation principles. Has experience using testing frameworks relevant to their work (e.g., Jest, Mocha, JUnit, pytest) Desired: Experience with React, Node, or graphQL Demonstrated experience in automating tests with using JS, Python, or other languages
