40 hrs per week, Initial 12 month assignment, Potential for conversion

Practice Coordinator
Responsibilities: Greet and register patients, and other front office tasks Handle routine back office clerical operations and communications Handle insurance authorizations and referrals, maintain medical records, and other healthcare administrative tasks Schedule appointments and other call related tasks Be attentive to the needs of patients, staff and providers at all times, while being flexible in dealing with changing priorities and challenging situations Practice Coordinator
Qualifications: 6-12 months of administrative experience in the healthcare sector Four-year degree or medical certification is highly preferred Experience with referrals and insurance authorizations Superior clerical and customer service skills Experience with healthcare processes and terminology Experience with Epic highly preferred Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and web based systems Comply with an extensive onboarding process and complete paid onsite training Availability to work onsite at Brisbane and San Francisco campuses Shift:
Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm Pacific time office hours. (H)
