with 8+ years of experience handling
complex commercial real estate transactions . You’ll advise sophisticated clients—ranging from developers and REITs to high-net-worth investors and brokerage firms—on a wide variety of matters, including
acquisitions, sales, development, financing (borrower and lender side), and leasing. Key Responsibilities: Manage high-value real estate transactions across Illinois and nationwide Represent clients in purchases, sales, leasing, financing, and development Collaborate with a multidisciplinary legal team across multiple sectors Build and deepen long-term client relationships Engage in strategic business development efforts Ideal Candidate: 8+ years of commercial real estate law experience Strong background with REITs, developers, syndicators, and property investors Confident handling of sophisticated, high-stakes transactions independently Positive, team-oriented, and client-service driven A portable book of business is preferred, but not required Why This Role?
