Overview
Boutique law firm with sophisticated commercial real estate and business transactional practice is seeking a full‑time real estate attorney with 3–6 years of experience in a real estate transactional practice. Candidate must have significant experience in the area of commercial real‑estate law as well as outstanding drafting skills, work ethic, and attention to detail. Must be reliable, responsible, motivated, friendly, and able to thrive in a small firm environment. Competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities
Draft and negotiate real estate transaction documents for sophisticated real estate investors and developers.
Represent clients in acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development transactions.
Manage multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines.
Collaborate with internal team to support others and contribute to a small firm environment.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in California.
3–6 years of experience as a real estate transactional attorney with a focus on representing sophisticated real estate investors and developers.
At least two years of experience at a larger, national, or regional law firm.
Strong expertise in drafting and negotiating real estate transaction documents.
In-depth knowledge of real estate law, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, and development.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple complex transactions under tight deadlines.
