to join our team at the newly renovated
Mining Exchange Hotel
in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. If you thrive on creating unforgettable guest experiences, building strong client relationships, and driving results, this is your stage. About the Hotel Built in 1902 as a stock exchange for local mining companies, the Mining Exchange Hotel is a Colorado Springs icon reimagined. With elegant yet inviting spaces, fully renovated guestrooms, and a setting rich in history, we offer a one-of-a-kind blend of heritage and modern hospitality. What You’ll Do As Sales & Events Manager, you’ll be the connector, the strategist, and the magic behind seamless events. You’ll: Drive group and catering sales through creative outreach, relationship-building, and account management. Oversee events from proposal to execution, ensuring every detail exceeds expectations. Collaborate with F&B, banquet, and operations teams to deliver flawless experiences. Build lasting client relationships while hitting revenue goals that fuel our hotel’s success.
