Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active membership in the South Carolina Bar (in good standing). Minimum 3 years of trial experience in nursing home neglect or related fields. Proven record of at-trial verdicts or high-value settlements. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills. Ability to manage a full, trial-ready docket independently. Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications
