What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Act as a therapy expert with a deep understanding of disease states, therapies, and market trends - Collaborate with product development teams to design and develop best-in-class products - Collect and analyze key customer insights through Voice of Customer (VOC) and Voice of Business (VOB) practices - Develop comprehensive business plans to evaluate new business opportunities and assess market needs - Deliver engaging presentations to internal and external stakeholders regarding therapy portfolio strategy
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s Degree - 7+ years in a marketing, sales, strategy, or engineering role (5+ years with a Master's degree) - Project management experience - Ability to travel up to 35% - Strong analytical skills and ability to thrive in ambiguity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - MBA or technical Master’s Degree - Experience in upstream/strategic marketing and portfolio planning - Proven ability to interface with physician customers in various settings - Demonstrated passion for collaborating with cross-functional teams - Experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
