What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop promotional strategies and sales support materials to enhance market share and ensure sales excellence - Identify and execute business opportunities through product marketing initiatives and customer engagement - Collaborate with internal and external teams to provide marketing support and manage product launches - Gather customer feedback and analyze market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies - Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the US salesforce, distributors, and clinical teams
What is Required (Qualifications): - Bachelor’s degree required - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in marketing, market development, or sales; or 2 years with an advanced degree - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven organizational and prioritization skills - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Degree in Marketing, Business, or R&D - MBA or medical device industry experience - Experience in product or procedural marketing within the medical device sector - Demonstrated ability to create and analyze business/marketing plans - Strong analytical skills for reviewing sales reports and financial metrics
