Commercial Litigation Associate (4827)
with 2 to 4 years of experience to join its team in Seattle. This is a full-time, in-office position with a highly collaborative firm known for its national reputation in complex commercial and plaintiff-side class action litigation. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation fundamentals and a desire to grow into a future partner. What You’ll Do: Handle complex commercial litigation matters and plaintiff class action cases Perform legal research, drafting, and case management with increasing autonomy Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-level litigation strategy Contribute to a firm culture that encourages entrepreneurial growth and practice-building What They’re Looking For: 2 to 4 years of commercial litigation experience; class action experience a plus J.D. and active bar membership in Washington State (or ability to waive in) Strong writing and analytical skills; writing sample and transcript required Demonstrated initiative, work ethic, and ability to manage projects independently Someone eager to develop their own practice and not reliant solely on assigned work This is a key opportunity for a driven litigator to join a team that shares profits from day one, emphasizes mentorship and collaboration, and fosters long-term growth.
