At our Trusts & Estates Law Firm, we are passionate about helping Executors avoid lawsuits and Beneficiaries from being misled. We are seeking a dedicated Estate Litigation Attorney who shares our mission and values to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will use their experience, good judgment, and skills to strategically litigate contested estate-related legal matters in probate and civil court. 6+ years of litigation experience is preferred. Candidates should have a solid foundation in legal research, writing, and practical court experience.

Responsibilities
Maintain organized client files for easy access by attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
Attend court hearings and legal proceedings, perform legal research, and collaborate with senior attorneys to provide legal advice
Assist clients in resolving legal conflicts and determining the best course of action
Resolve cases efficiently through effective communication and teamwork
Draft documents such as correspondence, pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits, settlement agreements, and contracts
Qualifications
Willingness to learn from senior attorneys to meet client needs and grow the client base
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must have passed the bar exam
Active membership with the American Bar Association (ABA)
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Compensation $135,000 per year
