Overview We are seeking an experienced
Litigation Attorney
to join our growing team. This role will focus on estate-related litigation matters, including trust and probate disputes, contested wills, and conservatorship proceedings. The ideal candidate has strong litigation skills, excellent writing ability, and a genuine interest in providing strategic counsel to clients navigating complex estate and fiduciary issues.

Represent clients in estate, trust, probate, and conservatorship litigation. Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel on fiduciary and elder law matters. Draft and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs. Conduct depositions, interview witnesses, and prepare expert testimony. Advocate in court, mediation, and settlement negotiations. Work closely with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and families to resolve disputes. Ensure compliance with probate, trust, and conservatorship laws. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school; active CA Bar membership in good standing. 4-10 years of litigation experience, preferably including trusts & estates, probate, conservatorship, or related civil litigation. Strong legal writing, analytical, and research skills. Demonstrated courtroom and negotiation experience. Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in legal research and case management tools. Fluency in Spanish is a plus. What We Offer
