What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Plan and coordinate all aspects of technical projects from initiation through delivery - Ensure service delivery success and customer satisfaction through effective project management - Develop, define, and execute project plans, scope, activities, schedules, budgets, and deliverables - Manage project risks, issues, and activity progress to ensure goals are achieved - Conduct project closure activities and complete post-implementation reviews for continuous improvement
What is Required (Qualifications): - 10+ years of project management experience - Strong ability to independently manage medium to high risk, high complexity projects - Knowledge of project management standards, processes, and both Agile and Waterfall methodologies - Solid understanding of various IT project methodologies and life cycles - Must have experience with data center infrastructure hardware and/or software
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Advanced skills in the use of project management software - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets and timelines - Experience facilitating interaction with executive-level clients - Proficient in negotiation techniques to reach agreement in diverse viewpoints
