What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Oversee a portfolio of IT initiatives, ensuring coordination across multiple technical and operational teams - Lead technical projects from initiation through completion, meeting scope, schedule, and quality expectations - Maintain a consolidated view of all IT initiatives, tracking interdependencies, risks, and resource conflicts - Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication across technical and non-technical audiences - Manage vendor relationships and support procurement activities related to project deliverables

What is Required (Qualifications): - 10+ years of project/program management experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise technical environments - Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and dependencies effectively - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with minimal direction - Technical fluency across infrastructure, security, networking, hardware, software, and enterprise architecture domains - Proficiency in core project management practices, including RAID tracking and executive reporting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred - Experience in government or large enterprise IT environments - Familiarity with business continuity planning, disaster recovery, or hybrid cloud environments - Exposure to Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) practices or frameworks (e.g., ITIL) - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
