Senior Cloud Application Developer
in Alexandria to lead IT modernization efforts in cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Design, maintain, and customize CRM solutions using
Microsoft Dynamics 365, M365, and Azure Cloud Services Develop cloud strategies aligned with client needs and manage their implementation Implement customer requirements following the SDLC Collaborate on DoDAF diagrams and artifacts Rapid prototyping with stakeholder feedback Work with team leads to define requirements, estimate costs, and plan work Facilitate Agile processes and serve as Scrum Master as needed Implement security controls based on STIGs and DoD standards, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery Additional Responsibilities: Share expertise in test-driven development and continuous integration Guide benchmarking for performance and scalability Coordinate with QA on issue management Generate operational metrics and alerts Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship Ability to obtain or hold a DoD Secret Security Clearance 15+ years in software engineering, with 10+ years in full-stack or cloud development Experience with SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 Skills in ASP.NET, Web APIs, Python, Java, Node.js Experience with Azure App Services, Cosmos DB, Azure SQL Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic, EBS Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics, Dataverse, M365, SharePoint Understanding of OAuth, MFA, Zero-Trust security models Education & Certifications: Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred; experience may substitute Must obtain or hold IAM Level II/IAT Level II certification within 6 months Azure Developer and Fundamentals certifications are preferred
