Senior Cloud Application Developer
in Alexandria to lead IT modernization efforts in cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include: Designing, maintaining, and customizing CRM solutions using
Microsoft Dynamics 365, M365, and Azure Cloud Services Developing and implementing cloud strategies aligned with client needs Applying the SDLC to develop customer requirements Creating DoDAF diagrams and artifacts in collaboration with teams Rapid prototyping with stakeholder feedback Working with Team Leads to define requirements, estimate costs, and plan work Facilitating Agile processes and acting as Scrum Master as needed Implementing IT security controls based on STIGs and DoD security standards; designing for high availability and disaster recovery Empowered by: Sharing expertise in test-driven development and continuous integration Benchmarking application code for performance and scalability Collaborating with QA on issue resolution and change management Creating metrics, alarms, and monitors for operations Requirements include: U.S. Citizenship Ability to obtain or hold a DoD Secret Security Clearance 15+ years as a software engineer, with 10+ years in full-stack or cloud application development Experience with SaaS low/no-code apps in Microsoft Dynamics 365; required experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Skills in ASP.NET, Web APIs, Python, Java, Node.js Experience with Azure App Services, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure SQL Knowledge of Oracle WebLogic and Oracle EBS Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Dataverse, M365 Experience with Microsoft SharePoint Knowledge of OAuth, MFA, Zero-Trust security models Education & Certification: Bachelor's degree in STEM preferred; experience may substitute Must obtain or hold a DoD IAM Level II and/or IAT Level II certification within 6 months Azure Developer and Fundamentals certifications preferred
