About The Role
As our Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and communicating Formal's value proposition to our target market. You'll work closely with our product, sales, and leadership teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth and establish Formal as a leader in the data security space.
What You'll Do
Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with Formal's business objectives and target audiences Build marketing campaigns (including in-person events, digital events, social/PR, customer marketing) to drive sales pipeline and acquire new customers Create and maintain product positioning and messaging that differentiates Formal in the market Produce high-quality marketing collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and sales enablement materials Work closely with the sales team to develop and refine pitch decks, demo scripts, and other sales tools Plan and execute product launches, ensuring all teams are aligned and prepared Analyze marketing performance metrics and provide insights on how to optimize ROI, strategies, and tactics.
What You Need
5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity industries Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing complex technical products Strong understanding of data security, compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA), and cloud technologies Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messages for various audiences Experience working with sales teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies and sales enablement materials Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decision-making and measure marketing impact Collaborative spirit with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders
Nice-to-Haves
Experience working in or with early-stage startups in the security or data management space Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and content Passion for technology and staying current with industry trends
Compensation
This role offers cash compensation and a stock options grant. The positioning of offers within a certain range depends on various factors, including: candidate experience, qualifications, skills, business requirements and geographical location.
