Patient Service Center Representatives Needed in Las Vegas, NV (89113)

Location: Las Vegas, NV 89113

Start Date: September 29, 2025

Pay Rate: $20–$21/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7 AM–7 PM (Training: 8 AM–4:30 PM)

About the Role

As a Patient Service Center Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients across Intermountain clinics. You’ll deliver exceptional service in a high-volume inbound call center, helping patients schedule appointments, navigate care options, and resolve inquiries—all while embodying the values of a "caregiver".

Key Responsibilities

Handle 60–85 inbound calls daily (top performers exceed 100!)

Schedule appointments across primary care, specialty, oncology, women’s health, and pediatrics

Document calls in EPIC EMR and use Salesforce CRM

Navigate insurance details using internal knowledge base

Maintain schedule adherence and resolve calls efficiently (goal: under 4 minutes per call)

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
