Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst to join their team. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, effective time management, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Desktop Support Analyst
Location: Niskayuna, NY (onsite)
What's the Job?
Provide hands-on support for Windows and iOS corporate devices.
Coordinate with multiple teams to resolve incidents and execute change tickets.
Install business and common applications, including Microsoft and third-party tools.
Utilize troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Manage Active Directory and Group Policy tasks.
What's Needed?
3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Desktop Family Operating Systems (Win 7/10).
Beginner knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and components.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
