Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to: Deliver outstanding customer support
by handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat-ensuring prompt and accurate solutions that foster satisfaction and loyalty. Manage order inquiries and account issues , including refunds, changes, and claim processing, while maintaining company policies and quality standards. Document and update customer interactions
in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to ensure data accuracy and timely follow-through on customer needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(e.g., logistics, billing, technical support) to resolve escalations and deliver seamless service resolutions. Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Minimum
High School diploma or equivalent ; college-level coursework or degree preferred. 1+ year of customer service experience , ideally in a high-volume call center or retail environment. Strong
communication and problem-solving skills , with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Pay Details:
$17.56 per hour
