Description:
- Supports defense analytical requirements with enhanced scientific / engineering research, capability / limitation analysis, reverse engineering analysis / characterizations, facility and vulnerability assessments.
- This includes, but not limited to, civil / industrial engineering and sub disciplines of environmental, power system, pipeline, petroleum, structural, manufacturing, geotechnical, transportation, highway, material science, seismic / earthquake, construction, hydrology, and water resource engineering.
- Collaboratively integrates analytic results findings or production with other related analytic efforts and assessments.
- Professional or academic coursework related to oil and natural gas industries, including extraction, refining, storage, pipeline distribution.
- Operations during normal and emergency operations.
- Work related experience, and/or relevant academic experience at oil and natural gas facilities.
- Research, analyze, and evaluate classified and open-source intelligence; identify intelligence gaps and submit collection requirements.
- Make detailed, all-source assessments and prepare quality intelligence products that adhere to IC analytic tradecraft standards on complex oil and gas facilities and networks.
- Assess production capabilities, deficiencies, and vulnerabilities of foreign oil and natural gas industries to understand their impact on military capabilities.
- Maintain, monitor, and ensure the quality of databases on facilities, installations, and networks.
- Perform vulnerability assessments of petroleum and national gas facilities.
- Collaborate with IC colleagues and foreign partners.
- Enhance reporting quality by improving requirements submission and fostering effective collaboration within the IC.

- MARS
- ArcPro
- Geospatial data tools
Security Clearance:
- TS/SCI with CI Polygraph or the ability to obtain CI Polygraph.
Desired experiences:
- At least 8 years of relevant analysis experience, with recent experience within the last 2 years.
Desired education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution. Alternatively, 12 years of experience in the specific labor category can substitute for a degree.
