Compensation Range: $33 - 39 per hour
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to lead our client's marketing strategy for US Premium accounts. This is a highly impactful role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive, 360-degree marketing programs that drive brand equity, traffic, and sales for the client's denim brands within key retail partners.
You will manage a multi-million dollar marketing budget and serve as the primary point of contact for our premium account marketing teams, ensuring brand governance and flawless execution of all initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of managing integrated marketing programs and building strong external relationships.
Responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement large-scale, custom marketing programs that support annual and seasonal business goals for our premium accounts.
  • Manage Key Relationships: Act as the main point of contact for external marketing teams and serve as a core partner for our internal sales and merchandising teams in key meetings and strategy sessions.
  • Drive Integrated Programs: Coordinate and execute compelling launch programs and strategic initiatives across multiple channels, including online placements, email marketing, in-store creative, PR, media, social, and demand generation.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Manage and optimize the marketing mix to deliver a positive ROI. You will own the budget and monthly forecasts, and regularly recap, analyze, and share insights on all marketing programs.
  • Champion the Brand: Ensure our brand's expression is elevated and consistent across all account channels through digital storytelling and on-floor execution, while identifying new opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4-6 years of experience in marketing, with a strong preference for channel marketing and wholesale experience.
  • Strategic Expertise: Proven experience in developing and managing 360-degree integrated marketing programs.
  • Relationship Management: Strong experience in managing external relationships with key partners.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a talent for managing multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Traits: You are a team-oriented, solution-driven, and energetic individual who takes initiative and has a strong point of view.

Skills:
  • Achieve annual financial plans (AFP) for premium accounts.
  • Deliver a positive ROI on the marketing mix at each account.
  • Strengthen and nurture marketing relationships with key accounts.
  • Elevate brand expression and presence across all account channels.
