Trial Attorney - Personal Injury

A law firm seeks a trial attorney specializing in personal injury cases to join their team remotely in South Carolina. The ideal candidate will have a strong courtroom presence and a passion for advocating on behalf of injured clients. This role offers the opportunity to manage a caseload from discovery through verdict, supported by a team of legal experts.

Duties

• Provide representation to clients involved in personal injury matters.
• Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Lead depositions, jury selection, and direct/cross examinations.
• Manage in-court logistics and support teams.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in good standing with the South Carolina Bar.
• Three plus years of trial experience.
• Proven experience in settlement negotiation.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active South Carolina Law License.
