Duties
Provide stellar representation to clients involved in personal injury matters. Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings and motions. Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials. Lead depositions, jury selection, and direct/cross examinations. Manage in-court logistics and support teams. Requirements
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school. Active membership in good standing with the South Carolina Bar. Three plus years of hands-on trial experience. Proven experience in settlement negotiation. Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills. Education
