Handle essential clerical duties, from answering calls and emails to preparing important documents and correspondence. Master of Organization:
Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and our conference room schedule, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Information Guardian:
Maintain meticulous digital and hard copy office files, keeping everything accessible and organized. Supply Chain Guru:
Order and manage office supplies, making sure we're always stocked and ready. Financial Facilitator:
Provide backup for scanning checks for bank deposits, supporting our financial operations. Tax Return Ace:
Play a key role in processing tax returns, including scanning, e-filing, and e-delivery via Sharefile. Client Communicator:
Review tax return instructions with clients who prefer in-office pickups, ensuring a smooth handoff. Process Pro:
Adhere to established office standards and policies, and offer insights for improvements. Team Player:
Provide valuable tax and accounting support to both our internal team and our clients. Time Management Whiz:
Accurately enter all time in our internal management system, Practice. Adaptable Contributor:
Step in to perform other relevant duties as needed, showcasing your versatility. What You'll Bring: Experience:
Previous experience as an office administrator or in a similar administrative role is essential. Experience in an accounting or professional services firm is a big plus! Education:
A high school diploma is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred. Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must. You should also be comfortable learning new software (tax, accounting, or practice management systems). Skills That Shine:
