proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager
to oversee the full lifecycle of construction projects. This is an
in-office role
focused on
bidding, estimating, vendor management, and project coordination , ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate has proven construction experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Manage
project planning, scheduling, and coordination
from pre-construction through completion
Lead the
bidding and estimating process , including reviewing RFPs, preparing bid packages, and analyzing subcontractor proposals
Define and track
scopes of work
to align with project objectives
Oversee
budgets, schedules, and timelines , providing updates to stakeholders
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution
Prepare and maintain
project documentation
including contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
Proactively identify and resolve potential risks or challenges
Requirements 3+ years of experience
in construction project management
Strong background in
bidding, estimating, and vendor coordination
Ability to
read and interpret drawings, contracts, and specifications
Proficiency in
Microsoft Office ; knowledge of construction management software (e.g., Procore) a plus
Excellent
communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
