With over 40 years of experience, KLA's Global Products Group (GPG) creates all of KLA's metrology and inspection products, supporting chipmakers worldwide. The Film and Scatterometry Technology (FaST) Division offers industry-leading metrology solutions for semiconductor IC manufacturers, including hardware and software for optical film thickness, critical dimension (CD), composition, and resistivity measurements. The division supports customers from early R&D to high-volume manufacturing across US, Israel, China, and India.
Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Data Analytics programs. The role involves managing multiple projects, reporting to executives, and providing technical support in data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage multiple programs, ensuring timely and within scope completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
Report program progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to executives.
Assist Data Analytics teams in resolving technical challenges.
Minimum Qualifications:
Doctorate or Master’s degree with 5+ or 8+ years of related experience, or Bachelor's degree with 12+ years, in Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. PhD preferred.
At least 7 years of experience in technical program management.
Strong background in semi equipment and data analytics.
Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams.
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Base Pay Range: $180,000 - $306,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(K), stock purchase, tuition reimbursement, wellness programs, paid time off, and more.
