Lead equity-focused analyses using SQL and Tableau to uncover disparities in student outcomes. Translate findings into actionable recommendations for teams like Financial Aid, Academic Programs, and Learning Analytics. Build dashboards that track institutional progress on equity metrics. Present insights to diverse audiences-from senior leadership to philanthropic partners. Help guide junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, inquiry-driven culture. What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Data Science, Sociology, Public Policy, Education) 5+ years of experience in data analysis, institutional research, or education equity analytics. Demonstrated experience analyzing equity gaps in student or community outcomes Advanced proficiency in SQL and Tableau. Strong communication skills-you can turn complex data into stories that move people to act. Experience analyzing survey data and sense of belonging measures. Familiarity with qualitative or mixed-methods approaches. Experience working with education nonprofits, philanthropy, or mission-driven organizations.
