Our client is seeking an experienced IT Cloud Infrastructure Manager to lead a globally distributed team overseeing Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform environments. This role requires a balance of strategic direction and technical expertise, ensuring secure, scalable, and business-aligned cloud infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a global team managing Microsoft 365 services, Azure infrastructure, and Power Platform solutions. Oversee administration of Microsoft 365 suite, including Azure AD/Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive. Drive adoption and governance of Power Platform tools-Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI-across business units. Manage cloud infrastructure performance, security, and scalability. Lead identity and access management initiatives, including MFA and SSO. Deliver cloud migration projects and maintain cloud policies, procedures, and documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to align cloud strategies with business goals. Manage vendor relationships and cloud service licensing. Requirements:
5+ years of IT management experience, ideally leading distributed or international teams. Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure, and Power Platform. Proven success with cloud migrations and modernization initiatives. Strong knowledge of identity management, MFA, and cloud security best practices. Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills. Relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.
Compensation: $100,000-145,000 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
