Job Description
Serve as the primary liaison between the owner, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders throughout all project phases. Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure alignment with the owner's goals and expectations. Oversee design development, permitting, procurement, and construction activities on behalf of the owner. Review contracts, change orders, pay applications, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Conduct regular site visits, monitor progress, and address potential risks or issues proactively. Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain clear communication among all parties. Support the owner in decision-making by providing technical expertise and strategic guidance. Ensure quality assurance, safety, and risk management practices are upheld at every stage. Facilitate project closeout, including punch lists, turnover documentation, and warranty tracking. The Successful Applicant
Proven experience managing construction projects from planning through closeout, ideally in an owner's representative or program management setting. Background in general contracting is strongly valued; candidates should be eager to transition their skills to representing the owner's perspective. Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage stakeholders, design teams, and contractors. Ability to anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and keep projects on track. High attention to detail with the ability to see the "big picture" and align work with client goals. Professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative approach when representing the owner's best interests. Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar). A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience). PMP, CCM, or similar certification is a plus but not required.

Base salary range: $110,000 - $160,000 + full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, bonuses.
