Customer Team: We are partnering with Walmart & Sams Club in a more collaborative, strategic & transformational manner than ever, investing our time and energy in data, analytics, and future-forward projects focused on growing categories essential to Walmart, Sams Club and PepsiCo. The Advisor role is an essential position on the best-in-class PepsiCo Advisor Team, supporting our merchant partners at Walmart. This Advisor role is on one of the largest and most strategic categories within our portfolio of 22 total Advisorships across Walmart and Sams Club. Responsibilities: As a Walmart Inc Advisor, you will work in a growing, strategic and dynamic category as a trusted advisor and partner with the customer, helping drive assortment and space strategy. Specifically, this role will work to identify market trends, shopper insights, competitive threats, and customer strategies to increase sales, drive category growth and deliver increased share of market. Primary responsibility is to lead, enhance, and grow the fact-based and insight-led relationship with our Merchant partners by being a thought leader and go-to resource for all category, shopper and consumer trends, and merchandising solutions. This role will also support the modular build process delivering store specific and optimized Modulars to the merchant team. Additionally, this role will be a key partner with merchants on assortment and space strategy in the Center store. Secondary responsibilities include leveraging multiple data sources to gain a deep understanding of consumer and shopper behavior. Use shopper-specific granular analytics from multiple data sources across markets, shoppers, and consumers to make business-building recommendations for category growth and refine assortment strategy. As a Walmart Inc Advisor, you have an opportunity to make immediate impact in a growing part of center store. You will help drive the discovery and use of customer and market insights to help the customer and PepsiCo increase sales and improve shopper satisfaction. You will drive a better understanding of the category and leverage these learnings to continuously improve assortment and merchandising. This work includes assessing new product introductions, pricing analyses, consumer usage analyses, and understanding the impact of assortment changes on category and brand growth. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
