Looking for a new and exciting opportunity to impact the future of Spine Surgery? Join Medtronic Spine and Biologics as a Senior Group Marketing Manager within the Spine Fixation Team! This team drives commercialization of existing portfolio and strategy for pipeline and execution of implant systems within the market leading Aible Ecosystem. The Senior Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading the spine procedural and product integration within the scoliosis, tumor, and trauma portfolio supporting Spine initiatives across Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST). Primary responsibilities will include leading pipeline strategy initiatives, execution of new product introduction projects, and driving commercial excellence of the thoracolumbar portfolio. Collaboration and support activities will include identifying customer needs, supporting customer engagements, collaborating on the ideation, scoping, execution and launch of new spine implants and instrument systems, and driving new market innovations and capabilities within Medtronic's Aible Ecosystem. As a cross-functional contributor, the Senior Group Marketing Manager will lead cross functionally to align, execute, and achieve project milestones and revenue goals. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Lead voice of customer investigations to identify and develop a strategy for next generation procedural solutions in spine Develop business case and project feasibility and execute to commercialization Conduct market, sales, and financial analysis, including health economic value assessment for current and/or future markets, products, and procedure opportunities Work with finance, R&D, and international marketers to develop market/product research plans to generate and confirm clinical needs and customer requirements Work with international marketers to identify unmet needs, develop markets, identify product claims, develop sales and surgeon training, and develop and execute launch plans by country Provide global society trade show support as well as locally hosted customer program support Conduct competitive position analysis of company products and procedures and big picture analysis of threats and opportunities Develop and execute product styling, quality updates, inventory allocation, and pricing structures of owned portfolio Learn and understand technical aspects of procedures and therapies from basic science and anatomy to developing a working knowledge of image guidance, robotics, and artificial intelligence platforms Develop marketing deliverables as defined by Spine's global commercialization process such as marketing materials, set configurations, inventory management, list price implementation etc. Develop, update, and enhance creative brand through messaging and collateral development Work with the best sales force in the industry to execute additional customer-facing programs related to thoracolumbar complex spine pathologies Travel will be required for up to 25% of the time, both domestic and international Must Have: Minimum Requirements Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, product management or similar experience with 5+ years of program managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of program managerial experience. Nice to Have Knowledge of Orthopedics and/or Spine Experience in digital health platforms (Navigation, Robotics, Data/AI) Direct experience with complex products in both development and commercialization Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong collaboration skills working with various stakeholders across multiple organizations Experience learning technical products quickly Experience working with a broad sales force and interacting with hospital clinicians Ability to influence cross functional team members without direct reporting The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position. PR) locations (USD): $156,000.00 - $234,000.00 This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP). The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
