Material Handler Forklift
We are seeking a skilled Material Handler Forklift operator to join our team in Wilsonville and Tualatin locations. This role involves performing warehouse tasks related to the receipt, shipment, storage, and distribution of products. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, moving, or storing products according to delivery or routing documents or supervisor instructions. The position requires the use of gas or electric-powered forklifts to move products safely. Responsibilities include: Load finished products into trailers. Unload and load production materials into trailers. Manage warehouse inventory and flow. Stage materials for production. Perform warehouse sanitation. Package and move recycling and production waste. Communicate with other team members and production through RedZone chat. Keep accurate and neatly written documentation. Rotate through all production forklift positions. Operate and troubleshoot all robot palletizers. Follow GMP and safety regulations. Use SAP and RF Scanner for receiving materials and loading finished goods. Essential skills include: 6+ months of warehouse/material handling experience. Competency in English to pass safety class. Forklift operation proficiency. Additional skills and qualifications include: Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize. Continuous use of decision-making skills. Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Strong teamwork and independent judgment. Frequent use of interpersonal skills. Ability to push and pull up to 500 pounds with a pallet jack. Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds frequently. The role is based in a clean warehouse environment, and the schedule includes various shifts such as Front Half Days, Back Half Days, Front Half Nights, and Back Half Nights. There is also a Temporary Day shift position. Safety training will be completed onsite at the Tualatin facility during the day.
