We are looking for a detail-oriented
Dispatch / Customer Care Representative
to join a team in Vista. This role is responsible for dispatching service calls, managing schedules, and serving as the main liaison between clients and field employees. The ideal candidate will bring prior dispatching experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to problem-solve in fast-paced situations.
Responsibilities:
Dispatch service calls and manage job assignments within a designated area Act as the primary liaison between clients and field employees to ensure smooth communication and job completion Utilize software programs and Microsoft Office to track, update, and manage all jobs Provide excellent customer care by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Monitor schedules and adjust dispatching to maximize efficiency and effectiveness Qualifications:
Previous dispatch or scheduling experience required Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and customer service skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to resolve scheduling or service issues
