This position is ideal for a motivated early-career litigator who is looking to gain hands-on experience managing cases, conducting depositions, drafting motions, and making court appearances. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a legal team. Location Duties Prepare and respond to discovery demands and manage document production Draft and revise motions, legal briefs, subpoenas, and pleadings Conduct depositions and prepare summaries Attend virtual and in-person court appearances Maintain client relationships and provide regular case updates Collaborate with legal team on strategy and case management Utilize timekeeping and case management systems efficiently Requirements 1–3 years of litigation experience Admitted to practice law in the state of New York Strong familiarity with court procedures and litigation protocols Demonstrated ability to manage multiple case files and deadlines Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school Certifications Active and in good standing with the New York State Bar Skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong legal research and writing capabilities Excellent oral and written communication skills Effective time management and organizational abilities Ability to build and maintain client relationships Health insurance coverage Paid time off (PTO) Company info BCG Attorney Search 125 Park Avenue, 25th floor New York New York United States 10017 Phone :
