Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor . As a Nursing Supervisor, you will manage the successful operation of the Resident Care Department under the leadership of the Resident Care Director within our senior living community. Responsibilities include direct oversight, coaching, and supervision of all resident care service providers in the community. Provide on-floor nursing support to residents and interact with family members. Conduct external and internal assessments and be available for on-call duties as needed. Responsibilities
Communicate effectively with families and friends of residents. Ensure compliance with all resident care-related regulations (e.g., medication management). Maintain accurate documentation and record-keeping as appropriate. Demonstrate personal and resident safety methods and procedures. Requirements
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license per state regulations; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is a plus. Minimum of 1 year experience in Assisted Living/Home Care or Hospice as an RN and 2 years of RN experience in a care setting. Certification in Gerontology through the American Nurses Credentialing Center is a plus. Knowledge of dementia care is advantageous. Ability to lift 50 pounds individually.
