Position Summary The Treasury Management Support position is responsible for providing high-quality support to bank customers using treasury management products and services. This role ensures smooth implementation, troubleshooting, and ongoing assistance for our treasury management customers. Key Responsibilities Assist with onboarding customers for treasury management services, including Remote Deposit Capture (RDC), Positive Pay, ACH, and new account setup. Oversee and support daily treasury operations, including ACH and wire processing, fraud monitoring, and transaction reviews. Prepare proposals for prospective customers. Utilize various software platforms to track and report on high-value transactions. Process and verify deposit exception rates. Conduct annual customer reviews to assess service effectiveness and identify potential improvements. Provide timely and professional support for customer inquiries related to online banking, ACH, wire transfers, fraud prevention tools, and other treasury management solutions. Comply with all laws and banking regulations, as applicable. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or another related field OR two plus years of related banking or accounting experience required. Proficient level of computer competency, including Microsoft Excel. Excellent interpersonal, service, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Ability to work independently and in a team setting. Dependable and a quick learner.
