What You’ll Be Doing Leverage your M&A background to lead diligence, valuation, and integration Step into cross-functional strategy work spanning operations, commercial, or FP&A Identify and assess new market opportunities and investment themes Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders Develop and mentor two Strategy Business Partners What You’ll Bring 5–10 years’ experience in M&A, strategy, consulting, or corporate development Solid foundation in deal execution with the agility to adapt across functions Confidence to influence senior stakeholders and lead project teams Strong communication, critical thinking, and financial analysis skills Willingness to relocate outside DFW after 12+ months Who This Suits You’re an M&A-trained operator ready to broaden your impact—someone who’s commercially sharp, low-ego, and hungry to learn.
