Who we are:

As Director of People Advisory Partners for Corporate & Tech, you will lead a team of experienced HR professionals who serve as strategic partners to our corporate and technology business units. You will be responsible for translating enterprise-wide people strategies into actionable plans, enabling your team to deliver high-impact support to leaders and employees. This role is critical in driving consistency, elevating service delivery, and ensuring alignment with the broader People strategy as defined by the Senior Director of People Advisory Partners and People Operations Leadership.

You will serve as a connector between business needs and People team capabilities, ensuring your team is empowered to deliver proactive, strategic, and scalable solutions. You will also play a key role in coaching and developing your team, fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do:

Guide your team in building strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring credibility and trust through consistent delivery. Partner with Centers of Excellence (e.g., People Solutions, Talent, OD, Employee Experience, DEI, Total Rewards) to deliver integrated people solutions.

Operational Excellence & Service Delivery:

Ensure consistent execution of core people processes (e.g., performance management, talent reviews, org design) across supported functions. Monitor team metrics, SLAs, and KPIs to identify trends, drive improvements, and ensure high-quality service. Champion scalable practices and tools that enable efficient and effective team operations.

Change Leadership & Risk Mitigation:

Lead change management efforts across corporate and tech teams, supporting leaders through transformation and growth. Partner with Employment Legal and People Relations to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with employment law. Support conflict resolution strategies and guide your team in managing sensitive employee matters.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with People Development and other HR teams to ensure seamless support and shared insights. Contribute to the design and implementation of strategic employee programs, including engagement, performance, and learning initiatives. Share business and people insights with the Senior Director to inform broader strategy and decision-making.

Who you are:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. 10–13 years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in people leadership roles. Strong background in employment law, particularly in New York and California; global experience a plus. Proven success in leading HR teams and driving strategic talent initiatives in complex environments. Deep understanding of corporate and tech business functions and their unique people needs. Exceptional communication, coaching, and influencing skills across all levels of the organization. Experience managing organizational design, performance management, and change initiatives.
