Executive Director
to lead our luxury senior living community in Charlottesville, VA. This individual will be responsible for overall operational excellence, strategic growth, financial performance, and delivering an unparalleled lifestyle experience for our residents. The ideal candidate is an inspiring leader with strong business acumen, deep knowledge of senior living, and a passion for creating a culture of hospitality, wellness, and care. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Culture Provide strategic direction and oversight for all community operations. Foster a culture of service excellence, resident satisfaction, and team engagement. Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing leadership team. Resident Experience & Care Ensure a luxury lifestyle experience with personalized services, engaging programs, and top-tier amenities. Oversee compliance with all state and federal regulations for senior living and healthcare services. Partner with families and residents to build trust and maintain open communication. Develop and manage annual budgets, ensuring revenue growth and profitability. Monitor KPIs to maintain operational efficiency and service excellence. Lead strategic planning to meet short- and long-term goals. Sales & Community Engagement Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to achieve occupancy goals. Build and maintain relationships with local partners, healthcare providers, and the greater Charlottesville community. Represent the community at events, positioning it as the premier luxury senior living destination in the region. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Hospitality, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 7–10 years of senior leadership experience in luxury senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or related service industries. Proven success managing budgets, driving occupancy, and leading teams in a complex, service-focused environment. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
