Job Overview: A distinguished law firm is seeking a USPTO-registered Patent Agent with specialized experience at the intersection of biology and software. This role supports a growing patent prosecution practice with a focus on innovations in bioinformatics, computational biology, and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will bring a strong scientific background, patent prosecution experience, and excellent technical communication skills. This opportunity is available in select office locations and offers a flexible structure, particularly for attorney candidates not seeking a traditional partnership track.
