We have an immediate opportunity for a
Senior Project Manager
in the Santa Clara County area.
Duties and Responsibilities
Create and execute project plans, making adjustments as needed.
Manage costs, schedules, and change orders effectively.
Manage all project-related documents when required.
Communicate effectively and manage risk mitigation.
Implement necessary changes to meet the demands of the crew and client.
Track and manage all job costs related to the project using Excel.
Maintain client relationships, including handling unpaid invoices when necessary.
Build strong relationships with clients and their teams to foster future business and accommodate project changes.
Handle day-to-day client interactions.
Prioritize daily work activities efficiently.
Ensure accurate data entry.
Experience and Education
Minimum of 4 years managing PGE projects and working with field personnel.
Proficiency in Smartsheet, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
At least 4 years of experience in Electrical Utilities Construction.
Understanding of revenue models, profit and loss, and construction cost projections.
Detail-oriented, organized, results-driven, and a critical thinker.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
